I’m Leah Pardee  – Manifestation Mentor, Breathwork Facilitator and host of the Bare Naked Soul Podcast.

My job is to teach you how to manifest your dreamiest, juiciest, most fully expressed life.

In 2018, I had everything I thought I needed to be happy.  I was climbing the corporate ladder, had purchased a home with my husband, and had just obtained my MBA.  My life looked “successful” from the outside.

But inside, I felt disconnected.  I lacked purpose.  I was highly stressed and anxious, which caused regular chest and shoulder pain.  All of which I thought was a normal, unavoidable part of life!

I carried anger and resentment.  I often felt like a victim, and wanted to make sure everyone knew it.  I was jealous of others. Overthinking and replaying worst case scenarios in my mind was a constant.

Luckily, I stumbled upon the Law Of Attraction one day through reading the book The Secret.  From there, I fell in love with meditation, Breathwork and journaling.

Making these tools a part of my daily experience quickly changed my life.  My stress and anxiety were rapidly decreasing, my confidence was growing, and I was tapping into spontaneous joy.  I knew I had to share what I had learned with others, so in 2019 I became a Certified Life Coach, and shortly after, became certified as a Breathwork Facilitator.

Since then, my mission has been to teach the things that have changed my life and led to so much inner peace and self-love.

In January 2022, I founded Heal Breathwork Academy so that I could spread the message and facilitation of Breathwork further.  Through the academy, dozens and dozens have become certified in Breathwork themselves and have gone on to teach at retreats, in yoga studies, in schools, at therapy sessions and so much more.

My work has allowed me to create a ripple effect of healing that I am so incredibly grateful to witness.
